The location of the hotel is great as it is right near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. It is also fairly close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel is located on a tram line, making it easy to get around. the hotel is located near Northcote, which is known for its great restaurants.
Some drawers and doors in the room had damage and would not open or close properly.

Clean room with great decor, ample mirrors, natural light, and good layout for privacy. Comfortable Queen beds with TV above each. Good kitchen and bench space, and nice seating area. Breakfast selection in the restaurant was good.

The room at Novotel was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-maintained with a great shower. The hotel staff were helpful and even provided a courtesy drive into the city. The parking setup was convenient and the building felt secure.

We loved the comfortable beds and room, perfect for a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was a great start to our day, with tasty options. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to visit family in the area and explore this city. We also appreciated the good access to public transport, great to easily reach the CBD.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel recently and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and luxury. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having a TV in both rooms was a great bonus. The view from the hotel was fantastic and I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the spa. The buffet breakfast was included in the price and it offered a wide variety of delicious options. My daughter absolutely loved it! The staff were always nice and helpful, and we even opted for a late check-out for a small fee so that we could relax longer after enjoying our buffet breakfast. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay memorable.
